About Mindloom By LA
There are moments in life when things don’t quite make sense, when everything can feel overwhelming, heavy, or difficult to navigate.
Your thoughts may feel loud, your emotions intense, and you might find yourself stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand. You may try to push through, make sense of it on your own, or hope things will eventually settle, but sometimes they don’t.
Mindloom by Laiba Amir was created for those moments.
It is a space where you can slow down, gently untangle what feels overwhelming, and begin to understand what is happening beneath the surface. A space that supports you in building clarity, resilience, and a stronger connection with yourself, through a lens of strength.
This is not about having all the answers. It is about creating the space to explore, reflect, and grow at your own pace.
About Laiba Amir

She has experience working across a range of settings, including NGOs, universities, government services, and the employment sector. Through this, she has developed a strong understanding of the different pressures and challenges individuals face, both personally, academically, and professionally.
Laiba’s approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and grounded in evidence-based practice, allowing her to support individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures worldwide.
She understands that reaching out for support can feel unfamiliar and, at times, uncomfortable. Hence, she focuses on creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and free from judgment.
Through a collaborative and client-centred approach, Laiba works alongside you, helping you build awareness, develop practical tools, and navigate challenges in a way that feels both manageable and meaningful.
